My journey into the world of holistic health began from a very personal place, after years of navigating my health challenges and unsustainable “fitness” beliefs without the right support. I was constantly told that feeling unwell is just a norm, but I refused to accept it (and I glad I did!).
Now, as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and a Certified Nutrition Coach, I combine the cutting-edge of nutrition and lifestyle science with a whole body approach. In my 1:1 and group online sessions I help women worldwide reclaim their health and empower them to advocate for their unique needs. I’m convinced that change begins in our minds well before our plates, so mindset work is a cornerstone of my private practice.
Plus, with half a decade of experience working as a chef in high-end restaurants in Paris and New York, I ensure that the journey is not only beneficial but also truly delicious.
